New pay stub, record-keeping requirements beginning in 2014

Beginning January 1, 2014, Hawaii employers will be required to provide employees with additional information on all pay stubs and payroll records and maintain payroll records on company premises. Governor Neil Abercrombie signed Senate Bill 332/House Draft 2 into law as Act 70 of the Session Laws of Hawaii for 2013.
